Chip started out front but Dave powered by during the first lap. Third was Steve David (Freddie's Club), then Greg Hopp (United Furniture) and Detroiter Mike Weber (Cooper's Express). Todd Yarling (Miss Madison) and Mark Weber (Mike's brother in York International) flipped over in separate incidents, the good news is that both are OK. Todd reports a soft landing while Mark has a sore foot and went for an xray. Everyone hopes that both teams are ready for the next race.
